Prints & books are to be inspected at the time of delivery to the customer’s satisfaction. If there is any defect in the product, it is to be immediately informed at the time of delivery and the product shall be replaced at no extra cost. Once the product has been received to the customer’s satisfaction, no further exchange/refund request shall be entertained in the future.
