It is pledged that each photograph sold from the site will be one of only two exclusive prints to be ever sold (Edit I & Edit II). Prints & books are to be inspected at the time of delivery to the customer’s satisfaction. If there is any defect in the product, it is to be immediately informed at the time of delivery and the product shall be replaced at no extra cost. Once the product has been received to the customer’s satisfaction, no further exchange/refund request shall be entertained in the future. Each photograph print shall be accompanied with a hand-written and signed certificate by the photographer guaranteeing the authenticity of the photograph and the Edit I/Edit II status of the print. There shall be a mandatory waiting period for delivery of a minimum 7 working days from the time of booking/payment within the Greater Kolkata area and a minimum waiting period of 15 working days from the time of booking/payment for out-station clients. Once a product has been booked/paid for: there shall be no refund in part/whole if the customer reverts on the decision of purchase at any future date before delivery & after booking/payment.
